For those of us who knew him, all of his charm, wit and humor were there! <br /><br />He was born and raised in Yonkers, New York. Following high school, he joined the Air Force and learned to fly in the base flying club. His airline career included: United, Eastern, Western, Icelandic (while on furlough from WAL) and finally Delta.<br /><br />He found great joy in his career as a pilot, and hoped that those who follow will enjoy it much as he did. To the end he loved telling stories from the "old" days, and was very much interested in the future of piloting and the airline industry.
