NWA Capt. Dalton Knox ‘Del’ Chatterton
August 31, 1917 ~ July 23, 2013
Notification of the passing of RNPA member retired NWA pilot
Captain Dalton Knox Chatterton, age 95. I have not been able to locate an
obituary yet, but I believe Captain Chatterton was born in Illinois and
raised in the Minneapolis MN area. I believe he was a Navy veteran having
enlisted November 16, 1939. Captain Chatterton hired on with Northwest
12-10-1945 and retired in 1977.
Survived by his wife Delores Seane Chatterton, personal
condolences may be sent to the family at

Subject: Del Chatterton Has Flown West.
Just received a notice from Dalton Chatterton's wife that Del
passed away on July 23 2013. His services were on July 26th, with Military
Honors, and interment at Boca Raton Mausoleum.
