Correction:  Please forgive our misunderstanding...Captain Eggert passed away at 0850 on Tuesday, that was the morning of April 7th.

Navy veteran, NWA Capt. Glenn E. Eggert

February 14, 1939 ~ April 7, 2015

News has been received with the passing of RNPA member retired NWA pilot Captain Glenn Elliott Eggert.  Born/raised in Wisconsin Captain Eggert was 76 years of age at the time of his passing last Tuesday.  He had most recently resided at 
11709 E. Terra Dr.,  Scottsdale, AZ 85259-5903   ...  (480) 314-0777

Widowed in 2006 with the passing of his wife Joan, Captain Eggert is survived by their son Sean Ian Eggert.  Arrangements are not yet known.  Should we hear more we will be sure to pass the information along.

..................NWA and RNPA member, Captain Glenn E. Eggert passed away 4/7/2015 in Arizona after a long bout with cancer. Glenn was born 02/14/1939 and was hired by NWA 10/19/1964. His prior flight experience was in the USN where he flew the AD (A1E) Skyraider fighter bomber. Glenn was well known at NWA, having served for years as an instructor pilot and lastly as an instructor on the 747/400. He retired 02/14/1999.
