Good Morning
I am an active American Pilot based in Miami.  I had the pleasure of knowing Captain Duncan for only a short amount of time.
Just wanted to pass along to you his obituary from April 23rd in case you were not aware.
Captain Duncan had recently underwent triple bypass heart surgery and removal of a cancer from his lungs.  He passed of a massive heart attack in the afternoon while on his pool deck.
I spoke to him on Wednesday evening when he was preparing to go to Orlando for a family outing.
