Hello,

This is Candy's daughter, Angela.  I wanted to let you know what my mom passed away this morning at 6:52 am east coast time.

We will have more information later.  It was very peaceful and I held her hand the whole time.

If there is anything additional I can provide, please let me know.  I have copied myself on this email.

Thank you.

Angela

Candy worked for Northwest Airlines for 37 years, and was on the Board of Directors of the Northwest Airlines Federal Credit Union for 9 years. With her camera and computer, she was always ready for a picture and a blog story. Candy was a beautiful, strong, confident, and loving woman. She lived a wonderful life full of adventure, and was able to see the world through the air and on the ground. Candy and John would like to thank the people at Vitas Hospice in Palm Coast, FL for their care and compassion. Candy is very loved, and will be missed by many. A memorial service is being planned for the Spring of 2015.
