NEA/DL Capt. Walter Reed Schneider
December 31, 1928 ~ April 1, 2016

News has reached us with the passing of Delta Golden Wings member retired NEA/Delta pilot Captain Walt Schneider, age 87.  The pilot roster indicates Walt's seniority date as 06-15-1955 but I believe he first joined Northeast in 1950.  Captain Schneider retired with Delta Air Lines 01-01-1989, based Atlanta.  Walt was widowed just last July with the passing of his wife Helen.  The Schneiders had most recently resided in Gainesville GA.
