News has reached our group with the
passing of Delta Golden Wings member retired Delta pilot Captain Louis H. McAbee
Jr., age 82. Captain McAbee joined Delta Air Lines 09-30-1963 and retired with
Delta in 1995, based 031/ATL.

Lou’s passing…..............
….Lou passed this afternoon in Green Bay, WI….
Lou, Jerry and I were all in the 9/30/1963 DC-6/7 eng. School
at DAL….
No details yet, I will try to keep you informed….
A GREAT GUY WILL BE MISSED BY MANY!!!!!!...
