Subject: RNPA News: James Taylor Has Flown West.

It has been confirmed that NWA pilot James G. Taylor, age 78, passed away June 04 in Lakeland, Florida. He succumbed to the long term side effects of prostate cancer. There may be a celebration of life gathering at the Sky Harbor Airport later this summer. We will endeavor to pass the word when the event becomes more defined. Jim and Jean reside in Lakeland, Florida and make seasonal journeys to Sky Harbor Airport at Webster, MN.
Jim was hired NWA on August 05, 1968. His career was mostly spent in the right seat of NWA aircraft. Jim found his niche as a first officer on the Boeing 747. He was very active with competitive acrobatic aircraft competition. He judged competitions and manned the IAC booth at Oshkosh for several years. More information to follow.
Respectfully,
Bill Day
