WAL Capt. William ‘Bill’ Anderson Plaskett

January 7, 1927 – October 23, 2018

 

Word has reached our group with the passing of retired Western pilot Captain Bill Plaskett, age 91.  Captain Plaskett joined Western Airlines 09-07-1954, and was based LAX.

I have been informed by the son of Western Air Line Captain Bill Plaskett, his dad “Went West” October 23, 2018 at the age of 91. Captain Plaskett’s son will be providing a tribute to his father to be posted for his Western Airline fellow pilots. No other details are available at this time. When I receive his tribute, it will be posted.
