Word has reached our group with news of the passing of retired Delta Air Lines Ops Dispatcher Mr. Roy Allen Wynn, age 72. 
Please see career information in obituary below.  Roy is survived by his wife Marcia, their children and grandchildren, plus many other dear family members and friends.  Visitation and funeral services are planned for April 1st in Minnesota.

Obituary...................
Wynn, Roy A. age 72, of Rosemount, passed away unexpectedly after a brief illness, Wednesday March 27th.  Preceded in death by his parents, Gailand and Ferne Wynn, and Siblings Vernon and Elsie.  Survived by his wife of 53 years, Marcia; Children Lori (Tom) Sandish, Michael (Stephanie) Wynn, Ryan (Amanda) Wynn; Grandchildren (Maddie and Jacob Sandish and Jackson and Emma Wynn); and 9 siblings.
 
Roy retired in 2016 from Delta Airlines, after 50 years in the Operation Control Center.  He began his career at North Central Airlines at 12:01 on his 23rd birthday, becoming the youngest dispatcher on record.  He continued to work in many operations roles while the airlines evolved from North Central to Republic, then Northwest, and finally to Delta.  Roy enjoyed travelling, spending time outdoors, and socializing with his family and friends.  Roy will be missed by the many family, friends and coworkers that knew and loved him.
 
Funeral services Monday, April 1st at 11:00am.  Visitation will begin at 10:00 am.
