D. Brett Reardon ’73 died Nov 25, 2019. He was
born Jan. 29, 1951 to the late Leslie and Leda Reardon. Brett graduated from
Otterbein where he played football, baseball, was in the ROTC, student
government/senate, and Lambda Gamma Epsilon (Kings) fraternity.
Brett was a US Air Force jet fighter pilot
instructor and retired from Delta Airlines as an International Captain.
Brett is survived by his brother Dennis (Mary
Ann), niece, Lisa and nephews, Ryan (Kristina) and Michael (Christine).

Brett was a close friend in the US Air Force. We were instructor pilots in the same squadron at Webb AFB, TX. Later, both of us flew for Delta. We ran into each other a few times but eventually lost touch. The last time I saw him, he was living in San Diego. Brett was a really great guy with a super sense of humor and a very professional aviator.
