Notice of passing…..Northwest Airlines/Delta Air Lines pilot Captain Douglas Ramage, age 64.  Captain Ramage joined Northwest Airlines 03-17-1986 and was based DTW with Delta Air Lines.  He is survived by his wife Pamela and by his two daughters.

Douglas L. Ramage Obituary

Douglas L. Ramage, a beloved father, husband, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2024. Born on July 15, 1959, Doug lived a life dedicated to his family and loved ones. He will be remembered for his unwavering devotion to his family, his passion for aviation, and his sense of humor. He was the biggest cheerleader and champion for his girls in all their endeavors. Doug will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His favorite mantra, “Life is full of choices,” will continue to guide those closest to him.

 

Doug was a pilot with Delta Airlines for 35 years based in Detroit, Michigan. He enjoyed traveling the world for work and with family.

 

Doug is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Pamela Ramage; daughters, Mackenzie and Lauren Ramage; father, Lee Ramage; brothers, Mike Ramage and wife, Cheryl, Marty Cullen, and wife, Shannon, Eric Cullen, and wife, Sharon, and sister, Tricia Harrison; and many dear cousins, nieces, and nephews.
