Notification of the passing of Vietnam war and Desert Storm veteran, retired NWA pilot Captain Brian Anthony Wise Sr., USMC Ret., age 69.  Captain Wise hired on with Northwest 05-05-1969.  Memorial services for Captain Wise were held in Florida last Sunday July 21.  Captain Wise is survived by his wife Dorina.  The most recent residence address that I could locate was 
17968 SW 36th St., Miramar  FL 33029-1663.

Obituary:
Brian A. Wise Sr. , USMC, Ret.
Brian A. Wise, Sr. USMC, Ret. , age 69, of Miramar, FL. He was "lifted up" on July 17, 2013. He served in Vietnam from 1967-1968. He was then assigned to Eglin AFB in Pensacola as a helicopter instructor. After serving his country, he flew for Northwest Airlines as a Captain of 747's all over the world. Brian also was involved with transporting our troops to Iraq during the Desert Storm conflict, which earned him the rank of Lt. Col. While in retirement over the last 3-1/2 years he was a Chaplain for TGK correctional facility for young adults in South Miami, as well as an author.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Dorina, sons Brian, Jr. (Kelly), and Matthew, three grandchildren, sisters Susie Bell, Tallahassee and Jocelyn Jordan (Dr. Cesar) of Tampa, along with many loving nieces and nephews. He loved the Lord and his country.
A memorial service was held in Miramar on July 21, 2013.
