Hampton, NH – John E. Parsons,
69, of Hampton, died peacefully Sunday, April 7, 2013 at Portsmouth Regional
Hospital.
He was born in Camden, ME
December 11, 1943 a son of the late Charles and Irene (Dentremont)
Parsons.
John was raised and spent his
early adult hood in East Millinocket, ME before moving to Hampton in
1973.
Mr. Parsons was a United
States Army veteran who proudly served in the Vietnam War. He later worked for
Delta Airlines as an international captain before retiring in 2003.
Family members include his
wife of 45 years Duska (Pray) Parsons of Hampton; sons, Kenneth Parsons of
Chandler, AZ, Thomas Parsons and his wife Maureen of Chandler, AZ; daughter
Deanne Proper and her husband David of Farmington; brother Terry Parsons of
Placentia, CA; sister Charlene Klingkert of Twisp, WA; granddaughter Jade Proper
of Farmington and several nieces and nephews.
At John’s request all services will be
private.

Born December 11, 1943 Captain John E. Parsons
was 69 years of age at the time of his passing April 7th, 2013.
We now have received word that there will be
no services for Capt. Parsons. Burial will be later this
spring.

Captain John E. Parsons, age 83. Captain Parsons hired on with Northeast
08-05-1968 and retired with Delta , based BOS & JFK.

Captain John Parsons NEA/DL died April 7, 2013 in the Portsmouth Hospital
as a result of diabetic renal failure. John started his flying career in the
military and was hired by NEA in 1968. He is survived by his wife Duska,
daughter Deanne Proper and her husband David, sons Kenneth, and Thomas and his
wife Maureen and only granddaughter Jade Proper. Services have not been
arranged. Duska's address is 15 Burgundy Drive, Hampton, NH
