Korean war veteran, NWA Wilbert Louis Siemering
February 25, 1933 - August 10, 2014

NWA flight controller Mr. Wilbert Louis Siemering, age 81.
Services for Mr. Siemering were held in Richmond VA. Survived
by his wife Marion Myers Siemering, personal condolences may be sent to the

Wilbert Louis Siemering, 81, of Henrico, passed away on August
10, 2014. He was the son of the late Louis and Anna Siemering. Wilbert retired
from Northwest Airlines after 39 years of service. He served in the Army during
the Korean War. Mr. Siemering is survived by his wife of 59 years, Marion Myers
Siemering; son, Robert Louis Siemering (Kirstin); grandchildren, John, Tommy,
Joey, and Michael; sisters, Esther Dettmann of Iowa and Arlene Sauser of
California. A funeral service will be conducted on Friday, August 15, 2014 at
1:00 p.m. in the chapel at Virginia Veteran's Cemetery, 10300 Pridesville Road,
Amelia, VA 23002. Rev. Darrell Headrick will be officiating. In lieu of flowers,
memorial contributions may be made to Sheltering Arms Foundation at 140 E. Shore
Drive, Suite 200, Glen Allen, VA 23059.

Wilbert
Louis Siemering, 81, of Henrico, VA passed away on August 10, 2014. He was the
son of the late Louis and Anna Siemering. Wilbert retired from Northwest
Airlines after 39 years of service. During those years he served as a crew
controller before becoming a Flight Administration Manager. Prior to NWA
employment, Will Siemering served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Mr.
Siemering is survived by his wife of 59 years, Marion Myers Siemering; son,
Robert Louis Siemering (Kirstin); grandchildren, John, Tommy, Joey, and Michael;
sisters, Esther Dettmann of Iowa and Arlene Sauser of California.
