This email is being sent to all who have
expressed interest in the date of the military service for my
dad.
The service is scheduled for Thursday, August 13th at 1:00pm at
Miramar National Cemetery.

Jim (known as Jimmy to friends and family) upon
graduating L. A. High School in 1959, earned a Business degree from USC. He then
joined the Navy and became a pilot, flying P3 recon planes in Vietnam. After the
Navy, he flew for Western and Delta Airlines, flying 727s and ending with the
L1011. He loved waterskiing on the Delta with Hal and Family. He enjoyed golf,
and was a major fan of Judge Judy. Jimmy is survived by his daughter, Laura
Fisher, his son, James III, and his siblings, Jill, Sally, Steve, Mary and Ben.
His quick wit, great sense of humor, and ability to "stir the pot", will be
missed. Miramar National Cemetery burial with honors, 8/13/15.
