'Gene' Greatti III

Family members write us of the
passing of their brother Capt. Gene Greatti, age 62. From the Valley Forge
Signal Seekers (Radio Controlled Model Airplane Club) newsletter we
read that "Gene has been a
pilot since he was a teenager, having a pilot's license before he obtained a
driver's license. He is a U.S.A.F. veteran and flew many large transport type
aircraft while in the service." Captain Greatti began his commercial flying
career with Northwest Airlines on 12-16-1985. Captain Greatti had been fighting
cancer these past seven years and most recently been cared for by hospice. He
is survived by his wife Lisa. Services for
Captain Greatti will be held Monday, March 28th at 11AM, at Our Lady Help of
Christians church located at 1500 Marian Road in Abington PA. Viewing will be
from 9-11AM prior to the Funeral Mass.

GREATTI, III GINO age 62. On March 22,
2016 of Abington, PA. Beloved husband of Lisa A. (Franchine) Greatti. Father of
Michael Paul and Christina Rose Greatti. Son of the late Gino and Ursula
(Heimlich) Greatti, Jr. Step-son of Waltraud Greatti. Brother of Roger Arndt
(Joan), Dean (Dana), Edward (Joy), Mario and Karen Greatti. Brother-in-law of
Susan Singer (Fred). Many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited
to his Funeral Mass on Mon., March 28, 2016 at 11AM at Our Lady Help of
Christians, 1500 Marian Rd., Abington, PA 19001. Viewing will be from 9-11AM at
Church. Ent. in Whitemarsh Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations
in Gino's name can be made to Handmaids of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, USA
