Belated notice, and as noted in the Nov/Dec 2018 ALPA Air Line Pilot magazine's In Memoriam columns .... the passing of retired Northeast/Delta pilot Captain Ronald Levin, age 80.  Captain Levin joined Northeast Airlines 03-06-1967 and retired with Delta Air Lines in 1997, based 030/SLC.  Captain Levin’s death notice may be viewed online at

Ronald Levin, 80, of Ventura, Airline Pilot, died 8/4/2018. Arrangements by Coast Cities Cremations, Ventura CA.

    I have good memories of Ron even though we were not close acquaintances. After the Delta merger with Northeast Ron was one of the very first NE pilots I got to know largely because of his friendliness. Rest well my friend.
