___ PCN FLIGHT WEST is sponsored by the Pilot Communication Network and is a service of the PCN provided for the Delta Pilot Retired family of pilot groups. Flight West was started and is maintained to accomplish two main goals. After we become aware of a colleague who has Flown West, 1. We aim to produce a “timely” notice sent to our community that allows for support and interaction from our group toward the grieving family of our friend and colleague. 2. Then, we aim to “archive” that notice on our Flown West Blogspot as a lasting accessible place of Dignity and Honor of our colleague for family legacy and posterity. Laura Glasgow-Hall Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Spring Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery - Nashville on Nov. 30, 2023.

Laura Janell Glasgow-Hall, friend, wife, mother, activist, creator, trailblazer, and inspiration to us all passed on Tuesday, November 28th. She leaves behind her daughters (Laura and Katie), brother (James Glasgow), pup (Waffles), cat (Boo) and many, many beloved friends.
Janell was born November 8, 1950 to James Ellis and Janie Dell Glasgow. Her father passed away when she was 16, and she was primarily raised by her mother, a gritty gal from Shelbyville, TN, and siblings. Being the youngest of the bunch, she looked up to and adored her sisters (Nancy Kee & Martha Sanders) and brother (James "Buddy" Glasgow). She always spoke of growing up in a four room home in East Nashville, her mother's coffee biscuits, and tagging along on her siblings' dates.
