Military veteran, NWA Capt. David K. Miller

March 31, 1941 - August 28, 2023

 


From the Northwest Airlines pilot group/RNPA, we learn of the passing of retired Northwest pilot Captain David Keith (D.K.) Miller, age 82.  Captain Miller joined Northwest Airlines November 21, 1966.  He is survived by his wife Judy, and by his children and their families.

Miller, David K.

Age 82 of Rosemount, passed away on Aug. 28, 2023. Preceded in death by his parents and sister, Mary Ellen. Survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Judy; children, Amy (Daniel) Maldonado and Matthew (Tera); grandchildren, Miles, Aidan, Macy, Abby, Alice, and Eldon; sister, Dorothy Mae Riddle; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. David was a pilot for Northwest Airlines for 35 years and retired in 2001. He enjoyed traveling, home projects, golfing, and spending time with his family. David had a beautiful voice and he sang with the St. Paul Barbershop Chorus and a church choir in Florida. Visitation from 4-7pm on Thurs., Aug. 31, 2023, at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley. Private family burial at Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Alzheimer’s Association ( https://www.alz.org/ ).
