The latest update on Bob Allen's funeral services:

There will be a mass for Bob at Saint Bonaventure Catholic Church at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 9:

The cemetery is located on Talbert, just east of Beach Blvd, across from Wal-Mart.

WA/DL Capt. Robert J. Allen

News has been received with the passing of WA/DL pilot Captain Robert Joseph Allen Jr., age 80. Captain Allen hired on with Western 05-01-1962 and retired at the mandatory age 60 in 1993, based LAX. I have not seen an obituary in print yet, but I believe Captain Allen was born/raised in the Chicago Ill. area, born to parents Robert and Harriet Allen. He married Geraldine Marie Bohl on April 29, 1959 in Illinois. Geraldine Marie Allen, born September 21, 1938, passed away November 15, 2011.

Interment will be at Good Shepherd Cemetery in the M Section on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 10:00AM. Good Shepherd Cemetery is located at 8301 Talbert Ave. in Huntington Beach CA (714-847-8546).

Captain Allen had most recently resided at
16091 Windemeir Lane , Huntington Beach, CA 92647-3444
