We have learned the sad news of the passing of Frank J Santo on Sept. 4, 2014. 



SOUTHBURY — Frank J. Santo peacefully entered into rest on Thursday, Sept. 4, 2014.

Prior to moving to The Hearth of Southbury, he resided for many years in the home which he built on Pine Rock Road in Southbury.

Sadly missed by his family, he is survived by his daughter, Donna M. Harding and her husband, Howard; his son, Frank J. (Skip) Santo and his wife, Marguerite (Dolly), all of Southbury; his grandsons, Brian D. Harding of Bethlehem and Stephen M. Harding and his wife Blake of Eliot, Maine; his granddaughters, Elisabeth E. Larson and her husband Patrick of Newtown and Caitlin R. Brown and her husband Benjamin of Naples, Fla.; and five great-grandchildren, Ashton, Brody, Austin, Micah and Kensington.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, Sept. 10, at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church, 910 Main St. South, Southbury. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Southbury. Calling hours Tuesday, Sept 9, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the daily chapel of the church. Arrangements by Carpino Funeral Home, Southbury.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Southbury Food Bank, P.O. Box 68, Southbury 06488; or VFW Post 1607, 150 Lee Farm Drive, Southbury 06488.
