RC/NWA Capt. Robert G. Pipkin Jr.

~ IN MEMORY ~
RC/NWA Capt. Robert G. Pipkin Jr.
November 23, 1928 ~ March 2, 2014

Belated notification with the passing of Navy veteran retired RC/NWA pilot Captain Robert Glenn Pipkin Jr., age 85.  From what I could find, Captain Pipkin may have first joined Southern Airways, made the merger with Republic, and perhaps retired before actually flying for Northwest but my resources are limited.

Captain Pipkin’s obituary may still be viewed online at  http://www.macdonaldfuneral.com/obits/obituary.php?id=454317  Services were held in Florida and his home state of North Carolina.
Survived by his wife Jeannette personal condolences may be sent to the family at
3310 Foxridge Circle , Tampa  FL 33618-2149  ...   (813) 969-3557

If anyone has more information to add, please let us know and we can update or memorial site.
Thank you very much,
~ Carol for the PCN
