Robert Daniel Brown, born Oct 14, 1939 in Nallen West Virginia passed away on April 28, 2015 at his home in Thousand Oaks, CA. Bob grew up in Dahlgren, VA, attended King George HS, & was a champion athlete at multiple sports. He attended Virginia Tech and then became a Navy pilot. He flew for Western Airlines and retired from Delta Airlines as a senior captain. He has resided in Thousand Oaks, CA for 35 years and is survived by his wife Sara, their 5 children, and 7 grandchildren. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend to all who knew him, and he will always be our hero. He will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors at a later date.
