Subject: RNPA: Vic Manussier Has Flown West.
It is with great sadness that I report the death of Vic
Manussier. I just received a phone call from his daughter, Gae Green, and she
informed me that Vic passed away suddenly and unexpectedly last Sunday night,
Feb 28th. I told Gae I would take care of notifying the RNPA
folks.
