Word has been received of the passing of Mrs. Martha Aenchbacher, wife of retired PAA/DL Captain William Carl ‘Bill’ Aenchbacher. Martha had been bravely fighting cancer this past year. She was nearing her 57th birthday at the time of her passing yesterday morning November 24th. The Aenchbachers were to celebrate their 27th wedding anniversary tomorrow November 26th.

Biography ~

Mrs. Martha Kerr Aenchbacher, 56, passed away on November 24, 2012. She was very passionate for her love of animals.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Franklin Kerr and Mary Elizabeth Kerr. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Bill Aenchbacher of Fayetteville; sons, Adam Aenchbacher of Fayetteville and Andrew Aenchbacher of Fayetteville; sisters, Karol Grabowski of Stuart, FL, Kris Kerr of Jensen Beach, FL and Mary Haase of Fortine, MT; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Those desiring may make memorial donations in Martha’s honor to Southwest Christian Care, 7225 Lester Road, Union City, GA, 30291. No services at this time. Arrangements and cremation handled by Carl J. Mowell and Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, GA.30214.

She passed away early Saturday morning after a courageous year long battle with lung and pancreatic cancer.
