News has reached us with the passing of RNPA member retired NWA pilot Captain Allyn E. Johnson, age 80.  I believe Allyn Earl Johnson was born/raised in Minnesota and was a Navy veteran.  He joined Northwest Airlines 08-14-1964.

Johnson, Allyn E. age 80, passed away on 7/23/14. Survived by loving wife, Susan K.; children, Gregg (Kris), Tracey (Jeff) Vint, Mike (Trisha), and Matt; 5 grandchildren, other family and friends. Visitation Wednesday 7/30/14, from 5-9 PM at Edina Senior Center, 5280 Grandview Square, Suite 101, Edina, MN 55436.
