___ PCN FLIGHT WEST is sponsored by the Pilot Communication Network and is a service of the PCN provided for the Delta Pilot Retired family of pilot groups. Flight West was started and is maintained to accomplish two main goals. After we become aware of a colleague who has Flown West, 1. We aim to produce a “timely” notice sent to our community that allows for support and interaction from our group toward the grieving family of our friend and colleague. 2. Then, we aim to “archive” that notice on our Flown West Blogspot as a lasting accessible place of Dignity and Honor of our colleague for family legacy and posterity. Contributor contact info is generally removed before posting (unless requested otherwise).

Boller, Stephen E. Age 72, of Tonka Bay, passed away peacefully July 28, 2014 surrounded by family. Preceded in death by his parents, Steve worked as an airline pilot and patent illustrator. He was a loving husband, amazing father, beloved brother, uncle, and friend to many. Though he was taken from us too soon, he packed a lot of life into his 72 years. Steve loved to sail, play old-time music, and travel. He also enjoyed ham radio events, including an expedition to Easter Island. He had a great sense of humor and loved to spend time with friends and family. His beautiful and adventurous spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. Survived by wife of 40 years, Diane; daughter, Lori (Young) Boller-Tian; son, Geoff Boller; sister, Jennifer Feigal; nieces and nephews, as well as many friends. Private family funeral. Memorials preferred to the donor's favorite charity.   Cremation Society of Minnesota
