Notification with the passing of retired North Central/Republic/Northwest Airlines pilot Capt. Dean L. Bailey, age 75.  Captain Bailey is survived by his daughter Madonna and his grandchildren.

Obituary…………..Bailey, Dean L age 75 of Cable, WI, formerly of Long Lake. Entered eternal rest Dec. 7.  Dean was born on Oct. 10, 1944 to Lynn and Edna Bailey. He was passionate about flying and was a commercial airline pilot for North Central, Republic and Northwest Airlines. He was an avid outdoorsman and his love for adventure was unmeasurable. Dean was passionate about life, enthusiastically encouraging and inspiring countless people to succeed in their lives. He is survived by his daughter, Madonna Mitzel; granddaughter, Brookelle Bartsch (Jordan); great-grandson, Deacon; sister, Mary Kae Bailey; niece, Laurie Damberg, (daughters, Elizabeth and Emilee); nephew, Jeffrey Swanson and many loving relatives and friends. Memorial Service 11am Sat. Dec. 21 at Rettinger Funeral Home 425 Lake St. Long Lake with visitation 1 hour prior to service.
