___ PCN FLIGHT WEST is sponsored by the Pilot Communication Network and is a service of the PCN provided for the Delta Pilot Retired family of pilot groups. Flight West was started and is maintained to accomplish two main goals. After we become aware of a colleague who has Flown West, 1. We aim to produce a “timely” notice sent to our community that allows for support and interaction from our group toward the grieving family of our friend and colleague. 2. Then, we aim to “archive” that notice on our Flown West Blogspot as a lasting accessible place of Dignity and Honor of our colleague for family legacy and posterity. To all our extended family and friends,
It is with a broken heart that I must tell you that my beautiful sweetheart of 47 years has passed away. She was always so positive and uplifting to those around her. I'm sure she is the same way in Heaven.  I already miss her happy smile so much.
Thank you all for your prayers and good thoughts for Joan's battle with cancer.  It was a comfort to her.
Love each other as if there will be no tomorrow.
Gary
PS.  If any of you do Facebook, my kids made a page for us.  (look up gary lee parks)
