Born July 28, 1942. Flew west for the final time on Tuesday, March 22, 2011. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Donald "Bud" Blade and his only daughter, Lynda Colleen Blade (Vierling). He is survived by his mother, Margaret; son, Mark; ex-wife, Marsha (Densmore); along with grandchildren, Colleen Thomas (Vierling), Blake Vierling, Tara Vierling; and great granddaughters, Heather and Lindsey Thomas. A Celebration of Bob's life will be held 1-4 P.M., Saturday, June 4, 2011 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.
