Word has been received with news of the passing of DL Captain Garfield ‘Gar’ Pennell.  Garfield H. Pennell was near his 74th birthday at the time of his passing.  Captain Pennell joined Delta Air Lines 01-05-1970 and retired in April 1999, based 030/ATL.  Memorial services will be held this Sunday October 13th at the Gainesville Regional Airport at 2:00 p.m .... please see daughter Kathryn’s notice below.  Kathryn may be reached at her email address  kathryn.pennell@me.com 
I believe Captain Pennell had most recently resided at
