Captain Ed Smith,
78, is in Embracing Hospice in Cumming, GA* & is not expected to live but a
few more days! His wife Cheryl & other family members are at his side with
many pilots & friends coming in for a few minutes. It is VERY sad to see
him in this condition knowing him for the 35+ years some of us have. Ed was
based in MSY & ATL and retired in 1997. He was very active in ALPA work
& a true friend.
