Michigan man killed in I-17
crash near Flagstaff ..................Tuesday
Feb 18, 2016
A Michigan man has been
identified as the victim of a single vehicle rollover crash on northbound I-17
Tuesday afternoon. The crash occurred near the exit to Mountainaire and Kachina
Village.
For unknown reasons the
vehicle driven by 73-year old Richard
Rohn went into the median, Rohn overcorrected and the vehicle rolled onto
the shoulder and into the forest.
Rohn was pronounced dead on
scene. His female passenger was taken to FMC for treatment of her
injuries.
Rick was buried at National Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix on March 3rd 2016. My name is Ron Gilbert and I would appreciate if anyone has any contact information for his daughter Tawnee or his girlfriend Renee. I had tried to get a hold of Rick for the last 3 weeks and just found out that he had died in Feb. My number is 734-730-4555
ReplyDeleteHi Everyone, I have talked to Ron. I am Tawni, Rick's Daughter. I didn't think about posting here until today. I just want to say thank you again, so much, for posting this for his friends to see. We had trouble notifying people, and that was very difficult for us. I'd like to say thank you to all his friends for being his friends! He is missed terribly, and He, was "My Maker of Fond Memories"! I love you Dad! There is an obituary also on the Arizona Daily Sun: http://azdailysun.com/news/local/obituaries/richard-g-rohn-jr/article_9f1703c8-e24f-11e5-9571-8bd8baf27b6d.html
