Word has been received with the passing
of RNPA member retired Northwest pilot Captain David Reploeg, age 86. Captain
Reploeg joined Northwest 05-03-1958, first as a mechanic and then flight
engineer. He is survived by his wife Joan. Graveside services with military
honors will be conducted Monday, August 15th in Minnesota...please see
information below.

'Dave' Reploeg
Reploeg, David "Dave" Age 86 of Excelsior passed away August 3, 2016 at
his home. Survived by loving wife of 46 years, Joan (Mason). He will be missed
by his son Mark (Angela); grandchildren Nate and Charlotte. He was a pilot with
Northwest Airlines for 32 years. He served his country in the Korean War in the
Navy. Graveside service at Fort Snelling National Cemetery Monday, August 15 at
10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Prostate Cancer
Foundation.

Dave was an avid gardener and LBK's Longbeach Condo's Grounds and Pool
Board chair from 2006-2015.
Dave's expertise, enthusiasm and hard work contributed much to the lovely
landscape we enjoy at Longbeach.
During his tenure, Dave planted the fruit orchard on the Southside of the office and always planted his beloved
Geraniums annually in the Meadow and at the entrances.
Dave was also an Artist, Commercial Pilot and Veteran.
Dave will be celebrated with full MILITARY CEMETERY HONORS, including playing of taps, three rifle volley and folding presentation of the flag on
