Notification with the passing of Delta Golden Wings member Azilee Lohrke, age 91, widow of Delta Air Lines pilot Captain Alden ‘Al’ Lloyd Lohrke who passed in 2003.  Azilee had most recently resided in Hamilton, Montana.

Obituary ----------------------------
Jamie Azilee Lohrke, 91, of Hamilton passed away Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Valley View Estates in Hamilton.
 
She was born November 28, 1925 in Charleston, MO the daughter of James and Irma Anderson. Azilee had 4 sisters and 2 brothers who all preceded her in death.
 
When she was 3 years old, Azilee and her family moved to Cape Girardeau, MO. It was there she grew up and was educated. Azilee worked as a secretary in Weingarten, MO where she met and married Captain John C. McKeane. Together they moved to Texas where Azilee worked for Continental Airlines. Azilee was widowed after 23 years of marriage.
 
In 1968, Azilee married Captain Alden Lohrke who was with Delta Airlines. When Alden retired they moved to Montana. Azilee was very active in the Hospital Auxiliary. She ran the gift shop for 12 years. Alden passed away June 2, 2003 after 35 years of marriage.
 
Azilee is survived by her step-daughter, Linda Adams; 2 step-grandchildren, Chris Clarke and Ariane Heath; and 1 step-great-grandson, Russel Heath.
 
At Azilee's request, no services are planned. Her ashes will be carried up the mountain by her step-grandchildren to join those of her husband, Alden. The family suggests that memorials be made in Azilee's name to the Bitterroot Humane Association, 262 Fairgrounds Rd., Hamilton, MT 59840.  Condolences may be left for the family at www.dalyleachchapel.com

Alden L. Lohrke, 91, of Hamilton passed away at Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital Center for Hospice and Palliative Care on June 2, 2003. He was born in Balfour, N.D., March 15, 1912, to Emil and Clara Partch Lohrke who later moved to Great Falls where he was raised. 

 On June 29, 1939, Alden married Ina Ek who died in 1966. In February 1968 he married Azilee McKeane in Houston, Texas. 

 During WWII Alden was a civilian flight instructor for the military and later enjoyed a 30-year career as a pilot for Delta Airlines. 

 Survivors include his wife, Azilee, at the family home in Hamilton; daughter, Linda, and husband, Dale Adams, of Adrian, Ore.; granddaughter, Ariane and husband, Gary Heath, of Duluth, Ga., and grandson, Christopher Clarke, of Boise, Idaho.
