October 19, 1925 ~ December 22, 2018

Belated notification with the passing of retired Western pilot Captain Edward Peter Oswald, age 93.  Captain Oswald joined Western Airlines 05-07-1953 and retired with Western, based SEA.  Widowed in September 2018, he is survived by their seven children.....please see notices  below.  To view the obituary notice online please visit

Obituary.....................Edward Peter Oswald
Edward P. Oswald, age 93, of NE Tacoma, passed away December 22, 2018, of natural causes. Edward is survived by his 7 children. A memorial service will be held at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, Fife, WA. on Monday, April 1, 2019 at 11:00 am.

Jane Kathryn Oswald, age 87, of NE Tacoma, passed away September 18, 2018, following a brief illness. Jane is survived by her husband, Edward P. Oswald, and their 7 children. A memorial service will be held at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, Fife, WA on Wednesday, November 14th at 11:00 a.m.
