March 6, 1957 – March 9, 2020

As noted recently in ALPA’s In Memoriam column, the passing of retired Northwest/Delta pilot Captain CRAIG ERWIN GONTAREK, age 63. Captain Gontarek joined Northwest Airlines 08-15-1986 and retired with Delta Air Lines. To date I’ve not been able to locate a full obituary but notice of his passing is posted online at
