November 10, 1940 - March 28, 2020

News has reached our group with the passing of retired Western/Delta pilot Captain Raymond Victor Kulper Jr., age 79. Captain Kulper joined Western Airlines 04-07-1969 and retired with Delta Air Lines, based PDX/030 at the time of his retirement.

Raymond Kulper passed away on March 28, 2020 at Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. Raymond was born on November 10, 1940 and was 79 years of age at the time of his passing.
