December 25, 1964 ~ May 9, 2020


As noted in the August issue of ALPA's The Air Line Pilot magazine ….the passing of Delta pilot Lt. Col. (retired) Craig Alan Burch, age 55.  Following military service, Lt. Col. Burch joined Northwest Airlines 10-04-1999.  He is survived by his wife Susan, his daughters and his parents.

Obituary…………….
Lt. Col. (retired) Craig Alan Burch, 55, of Fayetteville, passed away May 9, 2020. He was born in *Newport News, Virginia, on December 25, 1964, to Theodore Allen (Ted) and Sherian Burch. Craig served in the U.S. Air Force and the Air National Guard as a C-130 pilot before embarking on a career as a commercial pilot for Delta Air Lines.

Lt. Col. Burch is survived by his wife of 27 years, Susan Burch; daughters, Sarah Burch and Audrey Burch; parents, Ted and Sherian Burch; sister, Donna Burch; and brother, Ted Burch.
