Obituary:

     Ernest Clark Finch, 78, was born on July 13th, 1943 in Birmingham, Alabama and died on August 22nd, 2021 in his home in Germantown, Tennessee.

 

     He was a graduate of Shades Valley in Birmingham, Alabama and Auburn University. He was a US Air Force veteran and retired as a Captain from Northwest Airlines after 31 years.

 

     Mr. Finch is survived by his wife of 54 years, Linda Finch; daughters, KayKay Finch Pearcy (Scott) and Kali Finch; granddaughter, Madison Bennett (Blake); great-grandson, Bryson Bennett; sister, Lyn Proffit.

 

     He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Lynette Finch.

 

     Funeral services with military honors will be held at the graveside in Oakwood Cemetery in Lanett, Alabama on Saturday, August 28th, 2021 at 2:00 PM (EDT).
