Comair/Compass/Delta pilot Michael Lee Gulsvig

Gulsvig, Michael Lee age 65, went to his final resting place on March 30, 2022. He had fought a long and tough battle with cancer. Mike started his career as a Systems Analyst with Northwest Airlines until he discovered his real passion of flying. He attained his pilot's license and continued to become a commercial pilot for Comair, Compass and finally Delta. Mike enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephew attending many sporting events, dance shows, choir and band concerts. He also enjoyed traveling around the world and sharing his adventures. Michael was preceded in death by his father Glenn. He is survived by his mother Delores, brothers Greg (Beth) and Scott (Keri), and three nieces and a nephew. A memorial service will be held on April 11th at Farmington Lutheran Church, 20600 Akin Road, Farmington, MN 55024 at 11:00 with visitation at 10:00 and luncheon to follow. Private interment. Memorials to Our Lady of Peace or American Cancer Society
