As noted in the November/December issue of The Air
Line Pilot magazine, the passing of Captain Timothy Francis Casey, age 61. Captain Casey joined Delta Air Lines 09-13-1991. Note: I was not able to find an online obituary
to verify death date as these two links below give us the date of passing as *July
