pilot Captain Peter Warner Crane, age 86.
Captain Crane joined Northwest Airlines 10-02-1967. He is survived by his wife Shirley, and by
his children and their families.

Peter Crane, 86, passed away March 28, 2023 in
Arizona.
Peter went to Shady Side Academy and Graduated
from Dartmouth College. He joined the US Navy & was a naval aviator for 9
years. Peter flew off the USS Midway and the USS Coral Sea. He then became a test
pilot on the F4 Phantom at McDonnell Douglas in St Louis, MO. He was a pilot
for Northwest Airlines for 30 years before he retired at 60. He lived/flew out
of Minneapolis, Seattle and Honolulu. He enjoyed retirement being a golf ranger
at Club West.
He married Shirley in Bourbon, MO. They were
married for 66years.
He enjoyed playing tennis, racquetball, golfing,
traveling and playing with his grand-kids and great grand kids.
Survived by wife Shirley Crane, son Kenneth
Crane(JoAnn Crane), daughter Debbie Kapitan, grandchildren, Jourdan
Kroll(Marc), Kate Wermerskirchen(Kory), Kohl Kapitan, Dana Morel, Great
grandchilren, Michael Rodriquez, Richard Rodriquez, Charlotte Kroll, Skylar
Kroll, Wesley Kroll, Jensen Kroll, Bennett Wermerskirchen and Brooks Wermerskirchen.
Brothers Jay Crane and Dick Crane(Marianne).
Preceded in death by his parents Wilbur Warner
Crane and Margaret Crane(Van Nest) and sister in law Mary Ann Crane.
