After receiving advanced flight training, Sann began flying for Skystream Airlines and then Hughes Airwest. By means of airline mergers, Sann transitioned through Republic then Northwest, ultimately landing at Delta Airlines. His 41 year distinguished airline career included 35 years as a Check Captain and aviation manual contributor. Sann inspired future generations of pilots by sharing his love for flying and speaking to students at MTSU. Sann’s friendly personality led to long conversations and lasting friendships with neighbors, coworkers, and just about anybody he came in contact with. He mentored many young people offering them guidance and networking opportunities. A jack-of-all trades, Sann shared his talents helping neighbors and friends with a variety of projects. Sann enjoyed connecting with family and friends.
