I have received the following from Kathy McCullough.Sam Lev's service will be Friday, February 23rd at 11:00 AM at Saint Edward
Parish in Shelton, WA. Internment at the Tahoma National Cemetery at a later
date. He now has his third set of wings

Dear Friends and Colleagues,
“ NWA pilot Samuel 'Sam' Lev died on December 19,
2023, after a long struggle with lung cancer. Sam and his wife Irene resided in
Shelton, WA. Funeral service arrangements are yet undecided.”
Sam joined Northwest Airlines 05-22-1968.
