NWA Capt. Richard “Dick” Louis Moore

February 1, 1935 ~ August 17, 2024

 

As was received from Northwest Airlines friends and colleagues, the passing of Captain Dick Moore, age 89.  Dick and wife Frances had most recently resided in Washington state at  

5009 Dundee Dr., Anacortes, WA 98221.

“Dick was hired by NWA on 7/18/1966. Many of you encountered Dick as a pilot instructor at NATCO prior to their 'moving west.' He was a US Army Veteran, having served as an officer in a non-aviator capacity. It is also noteworthy that Dick was one of the original North Puget Sound Retired NWA Pilots.”
