DL FA Cathy Carrasco-Pate, wife of DL Capt. J. Doug Pate

April 30, 1947 ~ January 9, 2026

 

1-10-2026    From friends and colleagues…….sad news that retired FA Cathy Carrasco-Pate passed away yesterday.   She started dialysis 3 times a week about 18 months ago & handled it very well until Thanksgiving.  Since that time, she has gotten weaker & weaker.  Her husband, retired DL Captain Doug Pate, would take her to dialysis whenever she was not up to driving herself.

Cathy put up a good fight, cheerful to the end.   She will be cremated & a memorial service will be scheduled at a later date, probably in March.  Details will follow then.

Please no calls or visits for the time being.
