DL Capt. Charles “Charlie” E. Wilson
January 1, 1936 ~ March 13, 2025
Sharing sad news as was just received today from
the Wilson family…..Marianne writes: “It is with great sadness that I report to
the Delta community that my husband passed away on March 13, 2025. Other than
his family, Charlie’s greatest love was flying. Charlie was hired by Delta in
1961 and retired in 1996. He was 89 yrs. old at the time of his death. He had
four children and ten grandchildren.”
Delta Golden Wings member retired Delta Air Lines
pilot Captain Charlie Wilson joined Delta Air Lines 12-18-1961 and retired
January 1996 based 031/ATL.
